Missouri to use military acoustic weapon to warn speeders in construction zones | New and Used Car Reviews, Research & Automotive-Industry News & LeftLaneNews:

In a dictatorship, you might use something like this on your citizens but in Missouri?, the Missouri department of highways will use it on you if you happen to come up to a construction zone. It's a device that is used in military applications and has been used on protesters in the US.

Read on how a military application is being turned on it's citizens (and we paid for it too) just to override your car's radio and tell you something that you already see. The sound is broadcast through the air and overrides your vehicle's sound system.

Just a misuse of technology here, and nothing less. What's next?
